You have an idea, a team, and about 3 hours. Let's see what you ship.

Ship It is an invite-only afternoon at Mixpanel HQ on the Embarcadero, hosted with Replit, ProductX, and Women in Product. You'll join a small team, build a working product on Replit, measure it with Mixpanel, and present it over dinner and drinks.

What you'll do

Your team runs a full product loop in one afternoon:

  • Plan a small product around a clear user and a short path to value.

  • Build and publish it on Replit.

  • Measure it with Mixpanel: track the key events and build your activation funnel.

  • Learn where users drop off, form a hypothesis, and run an experiment to test a fix.

  • Demo what you built, what you found, and what you'd ship next.

ProductX trainers lead the session, and Mixpanel and Replit experts will be at your table. You don't need any prior Replit or Mixpanel experience.

Who it's for

Product managers, designers, analysts, data scientists, and engineers at established companies who are building with AI.

  • Kenneth Goyarola, Ambassador, Replit

  • Raymmar Tirado, Community Architect, Replit

How it works
  • Seats are capped at 50, and we review every request. You'll hear back within 3 business days.

  • We assign teams of 3–5 ahead of time, so each team gets a mix of skills.

  • Platform invites and tokens arrive before the event, so you can start building as soon as you sit down. That includes a free month of Replit Core with $20 in credits.

  • Bring a laptop and charger.

Judging

Judges from Mixpanel, Replit, and ProductX score five areas equally:

  • Working product: Does it run?

  • Instrumentation and data: Are you tracking the events that matter?

  • Product reasoning: Does your hypothesis make sense?

  • Experiment: Did you measure the difference between variants?

  • Demo clarity: Can you tell the story in 90 seconds?

Attendees also vote for an audience-choice winner.

Prizes

Each member of the winning team gets a $200 gift card, a LinkedIn certificate, and bragging rights. Everyone leaves with a Mixpanel beanie and notebook, free Mixpanel access, and a spot in the Mixpanel Community.
